My drink was pretty good, but the inside waiting area was kinda "yuck" they definitely needed to clean.
This is for sure one of the fastest Starbucks in Terre Haute area and the drive thru is the same. For coffee it is more expensive than your average coffee. But it is very good coffee.
And they were pretty slow, they could definitely improve on speed.
The customer service seemed nice, they didn't ask for your name like normal-so instead they called for "java chip!" instead.

My only experiences at this Starbucks has been through the drive-thru. The staff have always been pleasant. Over the past few months, they've made a two mistakes with my drink order BUT they set things right (the following morning) when I went through the drive-thru again. Thank you.
