literally 27 minutes for 3 soft drinks. only 2 people working the entire restaurant at 11pm. Beware of this place.
Great staff willing to step up and make the customers happy i have to young kids and they do all they can to make them a happy. Thank u.
It never fails. I don't care which McDonald's you go to their shake machine never works!
You cannot go wrong with this location. The owners are involved and you always get fast, friendly service. Other Terre Haute locations are slow and un-caring. We always get great food and service from this location. It is always our first stop as we leave town and our last stop as we come back home.
Had a 30 minute wait here. (No exaggeration, I checked the time right after I ordered). Orders after mine had been handed out. Upon the completion of my order I asked for a refund. The reply, "Sorry, we're short staffed." I said "I know but that was a 30 minute wait." She said "Do you have everything you need." So I just said "Yep" and walked out with my things. I had a large drink, medium mocha frappe, and a sausage biscuit.
