Not the best residence hall at Indiana State University, Jones Hall offers three person dorm rooms and premium two person dorm rooms, all of which have private bathrooms, in a now-aged building which strikes me as a relic of 1970's architecture. Regardless, it's not the worst dorm at ISU, but it isn't the best. The Lincoln Quads have more freedom, Mills and Erickson and Blumberg are significantly nicer, and Hines is pretty much identical to Jones Hall.
If you are budgeting but you still want A/C, Jones is a great candidate
