Never super busy, but still enough folks milling around and shopping to feel like a decent place to be. The corridor stands and shops don't try to bother you, actually to the point of appearing lazy and unmotivated. Nevertheless, the busiest stores welcome you and have good attitudes toward customer service while still leaving you to browse.
The Terre Haute mall is quite nice. The stores locations are almost entirely occupied with one or two vacant locations. I was especially surprised to see that this mall still has a food court. All-in-all I was pleasantly surprised.
Lots of empty stores. Still a great location with easy access from the highway. Movie theater, lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity to the mall so it is a convenient place to shop. Food court is nice and their is a tgiFridays with access from outside or inside the mall.
Nice mall. Huge variety of stores along with a nice food court. Could have better access to restrooms. The restrooms were also smelly and dirty over in the food court area.
Everybody that I dealt with was AWESOME! Having the shopping cart was excellent. It sure made the whole thing better.
