Human Resources is very corrupt posting jobs that are already filled. They claim to promote from within but tell their full time/seasonal employees they are ineligible from applying to positions from within even if educated & qualified. No benefits what so ever, work them 11 months then layoff. I witnessed racial discrimination from the HR director.
I experienced educational discrimination from the production supervisor when she found out I was more qualified for her position, that is when the harassment began. This company chose me for my education and directly drove me into the ground because of it. Same scenario with my "Production Team Leader" he even threatened my life in front of said supervisor with and no disciplinary action was taken or even reported to HR. As a father this concerned me a little so I went to HR and reported it. I was quickly laid off permanently when I mentioned talking to my lawyer. Almost 4 years here, sometimes back breaking 12 hour shifts. All they did was string good workers along with lies about being promoted to full time while picking and choosing who was promoted based on personal relationships and not work ethic or productivity. I would never in this life work for this company again. I heard this use to be a descent company when the Japanese actually ran it, I am so happy to be away from this disaster.
Terrible company to work for, this was my first job out of college, please forgive my lack of grammar I just want to to type this fast and get it over with.
