I didn't live directly in Park Place Apartments but I had Jerry and Nancy as my Landlords (owners of Park Place Apt.) Jerry gave me the cold shoulder after moving out and tried to never return my security deposit. After legal threats and a certified letter to him, 3 MONTHS LATER he sent me a letter with ridiculous deductions to my security deposit and "therefore, no refund will be given." Jerry is not an honest man and took advantage of us while renting from him. He didn't keep up on the property but tried to tell me how to fix things over the phone rather coming to fix them himself. VERY unhappy with their service. Jerry and Nancy Otte are dishonest people with no concern for anyone of their tenants.
