I just called them on the phone and asked if they conducted land surveys and the lady responded by saying ,"we are licensed in Indiana and Illinois". So I said great, would you be able to do a survey in clay county? (I had just got off the phone with another company who wouldn't do it because it was too far away) The lady on the phone responded in a sarcastic tone "I said we are licensed in Indiana and Illinois and that's in Indiana isn't it?" I was very friendly the entire time on the phone, so I don't know if they treat all their customers this way or if she was just having a bad day. Either way they aren't getting my business.
