Now we have a neighbor next door who is prostituting herself for heroine, the neighbor down a few doors has had their apartment robbed in broad daylight, and the neighbors behind us have no curtains and have intercourse on their living room floor for the whole world to see!!!
I cannot wait until the lease is up. We could be paying the same amount of rent and be renting our own house or a nicer apartment, but we chose international because we were told they had changed. We were told they had become family oriented, gotten rid of the riff raff, and we were dazzled by the big apartment.
Just moved in. It's very quiet. The apartment is very clean, love the central air and the pool.
Don't fall for it people! Stuff will be stolen from your porch! Neighbors will drive you mad! And your family will think you are white trash for living here!!!
I currently live here, and I absolutely hate this place. Our apartment was INFESTED with roaches in fleas when we moved in. We had to have the pest control come multiple times and use our own bug bombs four times before we could even move in. We had already signed papers, so we were trapped with the apartment.
I love the staff every time I needed something fixed it got fixed the next day, they are very friendly and very understanding. I highly recommend this apartment complex. The apartments are nice. Neighbors are friendly.
Not the best place for a family. If you are young and not going to be perusing higher education then this is the place for you. If you have a family with kids I am telling you now to look elsewhere for the protection of your kids and family.
We have meth heads who run the parking lots at night, alcoholics who try to get violent with you when you go on walks with your dog, and the police are here almost nightly for everything under the moon.
