A little run down, and in need of a little renovation, but it should suit most student needs and expectations.
Very old, the heating and AC is awful, and the stove is tiny. However they are bigger than the dorms on campus and have a private bathroom. Also quiet compared to campus.
They are older but plenty of room. They have a seemingly purposeless room off the master bedroom bigger than some of the bedrooms?
Pretty old and outdated, the heat gets way too hot and is on for too long. But it's pretty roomy.
