One of the best benefits at working at Indiana State University. A great ISU retirement benefit. Lots of equipment in a beautiful setting.
Just like everything I Terre Haute, the hours are terrible. In the summer the rec center closes at 8. They aren't even open on Sunday. It is extremely expensive membership if you are not a student at ISU and there hours don't reflect the price. Also, don't be surprised during the school year to never get a machine to yourself. Go get a membership at a private gym, pay less and have more access to equipment.
Facility is fine, multiple stories tall with plenty of machines and equipment. People don't always do the best job of wiping off sweat but that's pretty typical. Hours of pool operation and classes can be pretty limited, but other than that, pretty good overall
Lot of different equipment and activities to choose from.
Great facility with lots to do. Take your own pace or join a class.
