One person wrote a review that the service was terrible. Service? What service? Scary place at night. Bus service in the US doesn't deserve the word "service".
My first trip with greyhound in over 35 yrs was in nov 2016. The trip was horrific, but the did give me $ 102 voucher so I am trying it again in April 2017. Wish me luck!!
Greyhound stinks, literally and figuratively. The lady at the desk in Clinton is nice. But I've missed a connecting bus because of the first bus being more than 30 min late. I had to wait at the Indianapolis station (which sucks. The employees are always on break or something-there's never anyone at the counter to answer questions) for 4 hrs. Exchanges and refunds are a no go. Web site is ridiculous. And the stations rape the riders by charging $3.50 for a soda! We're already poor, why f is like that? ! I'm getting a car so I'll never have to ride the bus again!
The service at the terminal was awful! We went in there to ask for a refund for the 17 hours delayed and the lady in there was awfully rude! Giving us aditude and issues and making up excuses. That I didn't appreciate one bit! Never again I'll ever do business with Greyhound. Those people are ridiculous!
Greyhound is litteraly one of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Restrooms in stations are the nasties restrooms ever. I had a driver leave a mom and her son in Baker California after he said they could get off and go get snacks. Oh it was 5 days until Christmas and 28° outside I hope that driver got fired. One last thing what kind of company leaves a bus full of people with no driver for 5 hours? I lied about one last thing. The "free WiFi" never works greyhound should be embrassed about calling itself a company.
