Precision Mechanical recently took over Harrah Plumbing, and they came out to fix my busted main water line. They were awesome. They had it fixed the very next day, they did it for half the price of the other people, and they were super friendly.

Called the business number listed to have someone come look at a clogged kitchen drain in a rental property. The guy that picked up didn't give any indication that I was talking to a business. He just said "hello?". I confirmed who I was talking to and described the problem. He said that someone could come out the next day and requested that I text the details to his cell phone. I sent him a name and phone number for the tenant and the address. Tenant never heard anything from the tech. They were home all day except for 45 minutes around lunch time. When I found out in the afternoon that no one had shown up, I tried calling and texting with no response. Voicemail on both numbers is not set up. Finally got a text back late in the evening claiming that the tech had knocked on the door on 2 separate occasions. I asked why no one called and he tried to blame me for not scheduling it with the tenant. A time was never mentioned to me. Any reputable contractor that I've ever worked with would call the tenant to set up an appointment window and then call again when they were on the way. Apparently, Harrah expects you to sit on the front porch all day just waiting for them to show up unannounced. Horrible business practices. No customer service. A complete waste of my time. Stay far away. I'll update when I find a good plumber in the Terre Haute area.
