Dean has been regularly maintaining the church pianos where I play. We suddenly had a mechanical problem with a note not reiterating and he came right over and fixed it at no charge! Thanks Dean! Bill Cain
We use Dean at the church where i am the music director. If there is ever an issue with one of our pianos, Dean is very quick to respond to our requests. Just this week, we sent an email and it was taken care of in a matter of a couple of hours.
