I give NO STARS due to the personal are as rude and condescending as can be! I asked a guy " bad attitude ass" for a brush to like wash cars so we can brush the siding! His answer was rude and didn't even want me to finish talking! I won't be back! Choose another place folks!
Staff here are always friendly and helpful and the store has a good selection. Store is always clean. I have never had a bad experience here.
We visited this store on Sat 12/30/17 only to look at doors for our home. A man named David Clark, was the sales specialist in the door section of the store. He was so very nice, knowledgeable, helpful to us. He had so much patience. We ended up buying 4 doors from him. We had planned on shopping at different stores for them. Lowe's was our first stop. He was the best. Your store is fortunate to have him in the Lowe's family.

You have some people in the plumbing department that are very helpful,and then you find that one that. Is really rude to you and you know they really don't want to help you. I got that about one hour ago when I went to Lowell's.
i compare this lowes to walmart , cant find help when needed and when you do get someone to help the try, but clearly noticeable they are not sure what thier doing. customer service people are highly rude i rather go to Menards
