Aldi has mastered the art of keeping things simple and inexpensive. This is the place to go when you are on a budget but still want buy quality items. You can't always find popular name brand products, but the lesser known alternative brands are very good. Bring your own shopping bags!
The best thing about it is that everything is pretty cheap, but there's a trade-off to everything. Fruit is usually the best price in town, but half the apples have bad spots or the strawberries are soft in 2 days. Meat is cheap, but it's never very good cuts of meat and often has a large percentage of fat. And as for dry goods, it's pretty much hit or miss - there's some stuff my family likes (like cheese or tortilla chips), and some stuff I'd rather pay 20-50 cents more for a name brand at walmart (like spaghetti sauce). I still give it 4 stars because it definitely helps me save money, but it took me some trial and error to figure out what is worth getting there and what isn't.
Usually very clean and once you're aquainted with the layout of the store everything is easy to find and they have a few nifty things that are sold occasionally. Plus prices are awesome
I like shopping at Aldi's. They have really go prouducts. And you don't have to look all over the place. Very good service. Helpful people. I'm looking forward for the new store to get finished. So I can shop there.
very small building. there were some really good deals, and some things that aren't such a good deal. overall not too bad. very affordable for people on a budget. i also liked how they have isles with household items too. i purchased a really pretty clock from here. as well as a nice pizza stone and coffee mug holder set. this is not my go to store by any means, but i wasn't entirely disappointed either. there are just some things you can't go generic on.
