I had a military ball that day two hours away and I had an appointment for a hair style for the occasion. I had a super nice stylist BUT it seemed like she didn’t know how to do hair. I was so disappointed and it seemed no matter how I tried to tell her to fix it, it just looked really bad. I was in a rush and didn’t have much spare time to keep on having her fix it. At the end of the experience it looked almost NOTHING like the picture I showed her. Not only did it look bad, it was so uncomfortable... I left accepting my hair didn’t look good because of the rush I was in but I noted when I got into the car, half the bobby pins from by bun fell out of my hair. By the time I got to my apartment, the rest of the bobby pins fell out and my hair was ruined. I had to hurry to a hair cutters on the way to the ball and pay another $40 somewhere else to try to fix it. I tried calling the place a few times for the next few days during their business hours in hopes to get a refund but never got any answer. I would stop in the salon but I don’t live in TH.
Great friendly staff but really wasn't good at their job. I paid $110 dollars for low lights of black and blonde and ended up having half black hair and half orange hair. Went in for a second time to fix it and it really looked no different than the first time. Very dissatisfied. Another salon fixed my hair exactly the way I wanted it starting completely over. What took them 2 days and still not accomplished took the other salon 45 minutes. The only thing right was the cut.
