I usually love this place but today our food took 30 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Then the manager Doug blew us off when we said something.
Excellent service. We both ordered Grilled Salmon and salad bar. Salmon was excellent. Salad bar fresh and enough of a variety to make my favorite. Good company, good food and good service. Thanks
12 of us walked in at about 5pm on Sunday..we were seated in minutes. I wish I remembered our waiters name because he was great!!! I know we surprised them with the amount km people but he did a great job managing drinks...food..more drinks and dessert. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my food was a little chilly..but given the fact that I know they were not used to that many people I was not going to complain. We will be back.
I have always enjoyed the food here, timely service and courteous. They have the absolute best pork chop I have ever eaten anywhere! It is so tender, you could cut it with a fork! I have been informed by the staff that they never freeze their meat, so it is always fresh, and probably explains why the pork is so tender and juicy! Not only the meat is terrific, they have a self serve salad bar, and after a few times I have inquired about, they have returned banana peppers to the salad bar! I would recommend Ruby's to anyone!
Prices are way too high for the quality of food and service. The music was so loud we could hardly talk, we waited a very long time for our food and when we did receive it, it was wrong. I could understand if it were busy, but it wasn't. Very unsatisfying experience for the amount of money we spent.
