I love Panera and I live by this location. Regularly they are out of even the most simplist of ingredients. The other day I came in for dinner at 5:45 and they were out of bread. Thinking I misunderstood the cashier she then screamed at me "we have no bread" while enunciating bread for quite awhile as if I didn't comprehend the word. I informed her in a calm but stern tone that I simply "didn't expect a bread company to be out of bread" and left.
Easy access from 41. Very good food and service.
Pricey for the cafetería style service but the food is excellent.

I absolutely love Panera! Unfortunately, the staff at the Terre Haute location has never been friendly nor helpful. They always seem to be out of basic ingredients/ items for the night when it's only 6 PM. Anymore I wait to get my Panera fix when I'm in the Plainfield area as my service has always been exceptional.
