Andy and I quickly became friends because of his dedication to his clients; he cared about my professional career while showing great concern about my personal life as well. He trained all of his associates to understand the life of their clients which made them caring and concerned consultants. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work I have experienced from Stadler and Company and will never get another firm to take care of my taxes.
I chose Stadler based on their reputation. I wasn't disappointed. I had a situation where the previous tax/accountant had caused some systemic problems which I will not go into. Stadler took care of the issues, and have taken care of our personal taxes for the last three years. They are a little more exspensive but worth the money, It's a matter of you get what you pay for. Quick and Easy. Plus I did a comparison of their return for me vs what I was comfortable claiming if doing it myself and they saved me money. So they paid for their own fee and it was super easy.
New to the area from out of state, filing jointly, so decided to use "professional". My wife's coworker recommended us to this place, a perk for us being no charge for friends and family recommendations. Glad we didn't pay anything since they botched submitting our return. 4 weeks went by without refund, so we called Stadler. Turns out it was submitted incorrectly, which they wouldn't have realized had we not called. The guy that we had to work with blamed his front desk secretary and the fact it was Saturday. But hey, free cup of mints and an "I'm sorry" makes it all better. You're better off struggling through your taxes on your own than working with these people. My experience was at Brazil location, but I assume the incompetence runs throughout the entire company.
